Yes, Pre-Season Loans are effective December 1st of each year. However, we generally begin preparation of individual and business income tax returns in February each year, once the IRS has released refunds claming the Earned Income Credit (EITC) and Additional Child Tax Credit (ACTC) and when all the banks, employers, and other payers of income have issued annual Forms 1099 and Forms W-2.
